Our Scarborough daycare project transforms over 11,000 square feet of ground-floor space into a modern, efficient early-learning centre. The redesign introduces a new purpose-built playground and upgraded exterior security measures to support safe outdoor play and improved supervision.

By reconfiguring a substantial portion of the existing ground floor, the facility now accommodates larger classrooms, support spaces, and flexible programming areas that better serve children and staff. The result is a brighter, safer, and more functional childcare environment, showcasing SODA’s expertise in large-scale daycare conversions and contemporary early-education design across the GTA.
