Located in the town of Oakville, Ontario, Project Pinehurst is a revolutionary design bringing with it a unique meeting of western contemporary architecture with Scandinavian influence. Drawn from nature, Project Pinehurst is a one of a kind architecture bringing with it unique materials such as limestone and slate. To balance the coolness and roughness of the natural stone elements, the introduction of warm woods are present. Intentionally placed materials work with the suns trajectory, bringing focus to different parts of the building throughout the day - allowing the building to be appreciated in several ways and bringing the physical building to life.
